Tasting EOLIA's Wines

EOLIA's wines are enjoyed while seated in a secret garden with a panoramic, sea-view terrace on Salina.

Seated around a table, guests first take in the surrounding landscape before moving on to the glass, following the technical sensory analysis of each wine led by Natascia Santandrea or an expert from the EOLIA team, becoming fully immersed first in the story and then in the aromas released by the wines.

Taste and smell are stirred by unique flavors; the eyes delight in the Aeolian sea reflecting the colors of the sky; the breeze caresses the skin, carrying with it the Mediterranean scents of caper plants, and finally, the sound of wine flowing into the glass crowns an experience of pure wonder, sealed by EOLIA.

The EOLIA wine tasting experience is an exclusive moment, designed for individuals, couples, or small groups.
