Access to the island of Salina by sea is regularly served by hydrofoils and ferries operated by shipping companies connecting the ports of Milazzo, Messina, Reggio Calabria, Palermo, and Naples to Salina's two ports, Rinella and Santa Marina. Upon request, we can arrange a private transfer by fast boat.

Access to the island of Salina is also available via a helicopter transfer service, with departures and/or arrivals from the airports of Reggio Calabria, Lamezia Terme, Catania, Palermo, and Naples. Custom routes can be arranged upon request. The helicopters, flight crew and on-board equipment all meet the most stringent safety standards. As you fly aboard the helicopters, you will be able to admire the beauty of the Aeolian Islands from a unique vantage point. The heliport is in Malfa.

By letting us know your arrival time, we will arrange a private transfer and book you a taxi. From Catania Fontanarossa airport and Palermo Punta Raisi airport to the port of Milazzo, we can arrange private transfers that include tickets for the first available hydrofoil, coordinated with your flight's arrival time.
Once you arrive at the hydrofoil terminal at the port of Milazzo, you can board the first available hydrofoil, thereby minimising your waiting time.
From Catania Fontanarossa airport to the port of Milazzo, there is also a public transportation service via scheduled or shared bus.
